About VIRxSYS

VIRxSYS Corporation is a privately-held biotechnology company with proprietary platform technologies including:

(i) lentiviral vector platform for the delivery of genes against certain diseases and for vaccines; and
(ii) RNA platform which is capable of reprogramming or repairing genes to create, increase or change protein expression.

The Company uses these innovative and versatile technology platforms to design and develop therapies for serious human diseases. VIRxSYS' therapeutic programs are in various stages of development from pre-clinical through Phase II clinical trials including: an HIV RNA immune-therapy, an HIV vaccine, RNA therapies for cardiovascular disease and hemophilia A, and others. These therapies represent potential treatments for patients in great need, sometimes with no other treatment alternatives.
