VIRxSYS Corporation is a privately held biotechnology company with proprietary platform technologies with which it intends to develop therapies for serious human diseases. The Company’s platform technologies include: i) lentiviral vectors as a delivery vehicle for genes against certain diseases and for vaccine therapies, and (ii) reprogramming and/or repairing genes to create, increase or change protein expression, resulting in new therapies for serious diseases (i.e. 2nd generation RNA platform).
The Company is currently using these platform technologies to design and develop therapies against serious human diseases. Such therapies are in various stages of development from pre-clinical through Phase II clinical trials.
