William N. Sick, Jr.
Mr. Sick is a Director and a Co-Founder of the Company. Mr. Sick is a former Co-Managing Director of Signature Capital LLC, a venture capital firm that he co-founded. He is also Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Business Resources International, Inc., and Chairman of Acoustic Technologies, Inc. Mr. Sick served as Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of American National Can Company. He was also Executive Vice President and a Director of Texas Instruments, Inc. At Texas Instruments, Mr. Sick served in a variety of management positions, including President of the Semiconductor Business and President of Texas Instruments Asia. Mr. Sick is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, where he was formerly Chairman, and of the Santa Fe Institute and of Rice University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering.
